Deutsche Bank reiterates a 'Buy' on Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) price target of $35.00.
Deutsche analyst said, "Overall, total revenues were slightly lower than expectations with Windows and S&T missing expectations, while the other segments outperformed...While the bears will point to the weakness in Windows revenues and flat PC growth as signs of MSFT’s continued decline, we would like to point out the continued strength in the remaining 70% of the business (MBD, S&T and EDD) that delivers 93% of MSFT’s operating income."
Q1 EPS estimate raised from $0.55 to $0.65, revenues from $17B to $17.2B. FY13 EPS raised from $3.00 to $3.01, revenues from $79.6B to $80.9B.
