Deutsche Bank today maintained a Buy rating on Citi (NYSE: C) and raised its price target to $53.00 (from $46.00). Analyst Matt O'Connor pointed out positives for the bank, including potential for $6 or higher EPS in 2015, strong capital build, and a low revenue bar.

"We continue to see EPS power in excess of $6, without much improvement in macro conditions or stretching on capital deployment. Starting with $3.86 in 2012, we believe the bulk of the drag from Citi Holdings will be gone by 2015," said O'Connor.
