Deutsche Bank maintains a 'Buy' on Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE: ALU) price target of $2.00.

Analyst, Kai Korschelt, notes that Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE: ALU) may be able to monetize its IP/Patents in the second half of the year. This in turn, would help de-leverage the company's balance sheet. Korschelt feels ALU could get between $130 million and all the way to $3.5 billion. All in, he sees any total over triple digit $ millions in proceeds being a positive catalyst for the stock.

Deutsche Bank's reason for this positive inference is because Interdigital (Nasdaq: IDCC) sold 1700 patents and applications (primarily related to 3G) to Intel (Nasdaq: INTC) (Buy-rated) for $375 million.
