Credit Suisse Starts Green Brick Partners (GRBK) at Neutral

Credit Suisse initiates coverage on Green Brick Partners (NASDAQ: GRBK) with a Neutral rating and a price target of $13.00.

Analyst M. Dahl commented, "Our rating is based on our view that GRBK's current premium valuation largely reflects opportunities to 1) grow meaningfully with community ramp (~30% annualized through '17) driving volume acceleration; 2) benefit from its concentrated exposure in Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA; and 3) supplement internal growth with platform expansion due to the attractiveness of its unique operating model. "
