Credit Suisse reinstates coverage on Callidus Software (NASDAQ: CALD) with a Outperform rating and a price target of $22.00 following the recent share offering.

The firm's revenue estimates for 2015 and 2016 of $164.0M (+20.0% yr/yr) and $195.3M (+19.1% yr/yr) are unchanged, but they lower EPS ests. to $0.24 and $0.32 from $0.26 and $0.36, respectively, to reflect dilution from the offering.
