Cramer Says Apple Sell-Off Following Conference is Normal; Would 'Buy the Decline' on Friday
With shares of Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) selling-off rather sharply (about 1.6%) following the conclusion of its "Let's Rock" conference in San Francisco, CNBC's Erin Burnett asked Jim Cramer on his Stop Trading! segment what to make of the move.
Cramer said that no matter what is announced, Apple has always been "buy" as a conference approached, but has sold-off just before or just after the conference as traders take profits. Today is no different. In fact, Cramer said that Apple has generally been a "buy" on the third day of declines following a conference. So when Erin calculated that this would be... Friday, Cramer responded with a quick "Friday, definitely Friday."
