Cowen Assumes, Upgrades WebMD Health Corp. (WBMD) to Outperform

Cowen upgraded WebMD Health Corp. (NASDAQ: WBMD) from Neutral to Outperform with a price target of $53.00 (from $42.00) in assumed coverage.

Analyst Charles Rhyee commented, "We are assuming coverage of WebMD and upgrading to Outperform with a $53 price target. WBMD remains well positioned in its core biopharma advertising business, but we think the more interesting story is its transformation into a broader healthcare service platform, which investors have yet to fully appreciate. As growth inflects in these areas, we think WBMD will see multiple expansion."
