This morning, Citi downgraded Asset Management companies Artio Global (NYSE: ART) and Janus Capital (NYSE: JNS). Both stocks were cut from 'Neutral' to 'Sell' and price targets were lowered to $3.50 and $5.50, respectively.

Currently, shares of ART are trading at $4.19, down $0.30 (-6.68%). JNS is also lower, but only $0.05 (-0.73%) to $6.80.
