Canaccord Genuity reiterates a 'Buy' on Amicus Therapeutics (NASDAQ: FOLD) price target of $10.00.
Analyst, Ritu Baral, said, "Reiterate rating and price target on potential positive migalastat pivotal Fabry monoTx data Q3/12, Amigal market potential as mono/combo therapy for Fabry disease, AT2220’s potential in Pompe. We think Q3/12 pivotal Fabry monoTx ‘011 trial data for migalastat (fka Amigal) will be a strong, positive, transformational catalyst. We think ‘011 has a high chance of success on Phase 2 precedent, patient enrichment, and better quantification technology. We also expect good top-line Phase 2 proof-of-concept AT2220/ERT Pompe combo data in H1/12, similar to the positive Fabry data at WORLD."
