Canaccord Genuity maintains a 'Buy' on Atwood Oceanics (NYSE: ATW) price target of $55.00.
Analyst, Scott Burk, said, "ATW results were in line, but we are increasing our DD&A assumptions and lowering our 2012/13 EPS estimates (revenue and EBITDA remain relatively unchanged)...We are rolling out 2014 EPS/EBITDA estimates of $6.02/$632.8M to better illustrate the company's growth profile. Our 2014 estimates have some potential upside if day rates continue to improve, and 2015 estimates would increase another ~$1.00/sh from a full-year impact of the Achiever."
