Brean Murray Carret & Co. maintains a 'Buy' on Dell (NASDAQ: DELL) price target of $16.00.

Analyst, Ananda Baruah, said, "We continue to view Dell as an undervalued asset, while also acknowledging near-term catalysts are tough to identify in a softening PC environment (although it could already be in the numbers). While Dell fully acknowledges that the current demand environment has softened (particularly PC's), we also don't believe their expectations have changed much since the May 22nd earnings call."

Baruah said that Dell had expected current hard drives pricing to be acting a certain way, and sees Seagate (NYSE: STX)(Buy) benefiting as the have LTA's signed with Dell.
