Brean Murray Carret & Co. maintains a 'Buy' on Activision Blizzard (NASDAQ: ATVI) price target of $16.00.
Analyst, Todd Mitchell, said, " Activision announced a partnership with Chinese ISP Tencent Holdings for a PC-based Call of Duty Online in early 2013. The multi-year agreement gives Tencent exclusive license to operate Call of Duty online in mainland China. After an initial review of gameplay video, we believe CoD Online will raise the bar for online FPS in China...ATVI believes this will allow CoD to take share from Crossfire, which it estimates generates $1 billion a year in revenues."
"With shares trading at a discount to growth, we see the potential for upside to current share price."
