BofA/Merrill Lynch Downgrades C.R. Bard, Inc. (BCR) to Underperform (Earlier)

BofA/Merrill Lynch downgraded C.R. Bard, Inc. (NYSE: BCR) from Neutral to Underperform with shares trading above their $150 price objective.

"Given its pipeline and potential for growth acceleration, BCR deserves to trade at a solid premium in our view, but regardless of how we break down BCR's earnings,that growth premium seems fully reflected in the shares above $150," analyst Bob Hopkins said.
