Overall, Bisbee said employment and economic trends strengthened modestly, which is a modest positive for group; however, the economic activity in Europe has slowed and (Euro/GB Pound) currency declines are negatives.
Bisbee continued to favor Ecolab (NYSE: ECL)(OW, PT $67) and Robert Half (NYSE: RHI)(OW, PT $35) and name the top stocks as 'Top Picks' for 2012.
Barclays also maintains an 'Overweight' rating on Manpower (NYSE: MAN), but lowers PT from $53 to $50 and cuts FY12 EPS estimate from $3.25 to $2.84.
