Barclays reiterates an 'Overweight' on Aeropostale, Inc. (NYSE: ARO) price target of $20.00.
Barclays analyst says, "ARO reported 3Q FY11 EPS of $0.30, $0.02 above our estimate and consensus of $0.28 and guidance of $0.27-0.28. $0.01 of the beat to our number was on the operating line due to a higher-than-expected gross margin and $0.01 was due to a lower tax rate. Management provided guidance for 4Q11 of $0.35-0.38 on a -HSD to -LDD comp. We are lowering our 4Q11 EPS estimate to $0.44 from $0.46, maintaining FY11 at $0.90 and FY12 at $1.45."
