Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Bed Bath and Beyond (NASDAQ: BBBY) price target of $76.00.
Analyst, Alan M. Rifkin, said, "BBBY remains a Top Pick. We believe Cost Plus (Nasdaq: CPWM) represents a good strategic partner as it offers unique product and categories that BBBY currently has limited or no exposure to. In our view, Cost Plus will also extend BBBY's customer reach. BBBY management expects the acquisition to close in 2Q with slight accretion likely in 2012."
