Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) price target of $95.00.

Analyst, Ross L. Smotrich, said, "Management's tone was positive, underscored by the belief that the commercial real estate recovery is in its middle innings. In that vein, management expects an upward trend in its overall business over the next few years, albeit with a fair amount of volatility."

Smotrich thinks the instability in Europe is a negative, however, he sees some degree of letting up and notes the company's balance sheet and growth in share.
