Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Apollo Education (NASDAQ: APOL) price target lowered from $56 to $52.

Analyst, Gary E. Bisbee, said, "While we continue to believe that Apollo is ahead of most peers in terms of regulatory compliance and quality improvement, the weaker starts trend seems likely to persist throughout FY'12 and to push out a profit rebound until late FY'13 and FY'14."

Bisbee raises FY12 EPS estimate from $3.25 to $3.45, but cuts FY13 from $3.38 to $3.35.
