Barclays maintains an 'Equalweight' on Texas Capital Bancshares (NASDAQ: TCBI) price target of $28.00.
Barclays analyst says, "TCBI's net interest margin has expanded significantly over the last two quarters, and we look for that growth rate to be reined in a bit given prolonged low rates, competitive pricing and uncertain economic sentiment. Still, expected balance sheet expansion, both in loans and deposits, should bolster net interest income (continued strength in warehouse lending and increased DDA), while cost of funds and credit trends also improve, providing the potential for continued positive sentiment aroundthe name...We expect TCBI to report 3Q11 EPS of $0.53 versus consensus of $0.49."
