Barclays Maintains an 'Equalweight' on TETRA Technologies (TTI); Important Changes Under Way

Barclays maintains an 'Equalweight' on TETRA Technologies Inc. (NYSE: TTI) price target lowered from $16 to $13.

Analyst, James C. West, said, "We believe the market is missing some key and important changes under way at Tetra. The management team is 1) executing on its stated strategy, 2) streamlining the operations and the story, 3) highlighting the value of certain businesses (Compressco), 4) is moving forward with strategic acquisitions, and 5) has cleaned up the balance sheet."

Barclays slightly lowers FY12 EPS from $0.80 to $0.75. FY13 EPS estimate remains at $1.10.
