Barclays maintains an 'Equalweight' on 21Vianet (NASDAQ: VNET) price target of $15.00.
Analyst, James M, Ratcliffe, said, "We believe capacity constraints remain key near-term issue for 21Vianet. Even as VNET is poised to add significant self-built capacity through the remainder of the year, the majority of this new capacity is expected come online towards the end of 2Q (800 cabinets in Beijing, 900 in Shanghai, and 300 in Guangzhou) implying capacity constraints could continue through 2Q."
Barclays lowers FY12 EPS estimate from $0.35 to $0.14 and FY13 from $0.52 to $0.49.

Shares of 21Vianet closed at $11.44 yesterday, with a 52 week range of $8.31-$14.82.
