Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) is maintaining its strong share in the important teen market, a new survey from Piper Jaffray showed.

The firm's 29th Semi-Annual Taking Stock With Teens survey showed that 66% of teens owned an iPhone, up from 61% in the Spring of 2014. 72% expect their next phone to be an iPhone, up from 67% last Spring. The iPhone saw a little slippage from the Fall of 2014 when 67% said they owned an iPhone and 73% said they expected their next phone to be an iPhone.

Android picked up a little steam with teens, with 21% saying they expect their next phone to be an Android, up from 19% in Fall 2014 but down from 24% in Spring 2014.

Only 1% of teens said they expect their next phone to be a BlackBerry (NASDAQ: BBRY), in-line with Fall 2014 and Spring 2014.

Meanwhile, teens' love of the new Apple Watch has waned. Only 11% in Spring 2015 said they would buy an Apple Watch, down from 16% in Fall 2014 and 17% in Spring 2014.
