Canaccord Genuity maintained a Hold rating on rendering company Darling International (NYSE: DAR) and raised its price target to $17.00 (from $16.00).
"Management continues to navigate a 'perfect storm' for pricing dynamics, as elevated corn prices (drought) and oversupply of fats (several factors) drives a breakdown in historical relationships. Even as risk/reward remains balanced management has earned a better multiple on execution," said analyst John Quealy.
