KeyBanc reiterated its Buy rating and $27 price target on Kraton Performance Polymers (NYSE: KRA) saying valuation is attractive and remaining upside exists

"We believe that KRA has a product offering that is truly specialty and is focused on taking an innovation-based approach toward upgrading its product mix," the analyst comments, "While 2012 certainly reflected the volatility in the butadiene (BD) market, we believe that the underlying margins profile remains in the double-digit arena, and 2013 could bring more normalized earnings vs. the past two years."
