UPDATE: SAC Capital discloses new 5%+ stakes in ZLC, CEPH, CYMI, COOL
UPDATE: In various 13G filings after the close of trading Monday, Steve Cohen's SAC Capital disclosed a number of new 5%+ 'passive' stakes.
Zale Corporation (NYSE: ZLC): Disclosed a 5.1% stake (2,484,200 shares). This is up from the 29,000 share stake the firm held at the quarter ended 06/30/07.
Cephalon Inc. (Nasdaq: CEPH): Disclosed a 5.1% stake (3,418,313 shares). This is up from the 119,545 share stake the firm held at the quarter ended 06/30/07.
Cymer Inc. (Nasdaq: CYMI): Disclosed a 5.3% stake (1,794,280 shares). This is up from the 25,852 share stake the firm held at the quarter ended 06/30/07. (The firm also held debt at the end of the quarter)
Majesco Entertainment Co. (Nasdaq: COOL): Disclosed a 6.4% stake (1,841,028 shares). This is up from the 960,000 share stake the firm held at the quarter ended 06/30/07.
