In a 13G filing after the close on Convergys Corp. (NYSE: CVG), JANA Partners disclosed a 5.1% stake (6,460,782 shares) in the Company. At the quarter ended December 31, 2007, JANA showed a 6,111,701 share stake in Convergys. A 13G indicates a 'passive investment'.
