BSD Medical Corporation (NASDAQ: BSDM) 102% HIGHER; reports that significant and "medical practice changing" clinical study results were the subject of a news briefing at Europe's largest cancer congress, ECCO15 - ESMO34, which is being held September 20 to 24, 2009, in Berlin, Germany.

Jaco Electronics, Inc. (Nasdaq: JACO) 21% LOWER; last night announced that on September 15, 2009 it received a notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market advising it that Jaco's common stock is subject to delisting from the Nasdaq Global Market, as the Company is not in compliance with the continued listing standards as set forth by Nasdaq Marketplace Listing Rules 5450(b)(2)(C) or 5450(b)(3)(C), which require that a Nasdaq Global Market listed company maintain a minimum market value of publicly held shares of $15 million. In addition, in a separate notice dated September 15, 2009, NASDAQ advised the Company that it was not in compliance with the $1.00 minimum closing bid price requirement as set forth in Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4450(a)(5).

Lime Energy Co. (Nasdaq: LIME) 18.4% LOWER; announced the pricing of its public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at $5.50 per share, before the underwriting discount. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30 day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of the Company's common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The Company expects to receive net proceeds of approximately $25.45 million after underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, exclusive of any exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option, and intends to use the proceeds to repay indebtedness and for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Local.com Corporation (NASDAQ: LOCM) 17.7% HIGHER; today announced that their flagship search site, www.local.com, has been ranked as the 10th largest search engine in the U.S. by the Nielsen Company.

KSW, Inc. (NASDAQ: KSW) 17.7% HIGHER; today announced that a Joint Venture between the Company and Five Star Electrical Corp. has received the formal Notice of Award of the contract for the new World Trade Center Chiller Plant from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. The total amount of the contract is $46,190,000. KSW will be responsible for the mechanical portion of the Contract, while Five Star will be responsible for the electrical work. The companies will share in the balance of the contract.

First Mariner Bancorp (Nasdaq: FMAR) 14.9% LOWER; First Mariner Bank, the wholly-owned bank subsidiary of First Mariner Bancorp reports that it has agreed with the FDIC and The Maryland Division of Financial Regulation to the entry of an Order to Cease and Desist, dated and effective September 18, 2009, which directs the Bank to increase its capitalization, improve earnings, reduce non-performing loans, strengthen management policies and practices, and reduce reliance on non-core funding.

Oclaro, Inc., (Nasdaq: OCLR) 13.7% HIGHER; today announced that it received notification from the Listing Qualifications Department of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC that, for 30 consecutive business days beginning August 3, 2009 the bid price of the Company's common stock on The NASDAQ Global Market closed below the minimum $1.00 per share required for continued listing under NASDAQ Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). Oclaro also announced today that it currently anticipates reporting revenues for Q410 within a range of $82-$87 million. This increases and narrows the $76-$84 million guidance range the Company provided on July 23, 2009. The Street is currently looking for Q4 sales of $79.95 million.

DayStar Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: DSTI) 12.2% HIGHER; announced today that it has executed a letter of intent with EPOD Solar Inc. regarding a proposed transaction or series of related transactions intended to result in the combination of the businesses of EPOD Solar and DayStar. (Nasdaq: CABL) 11.7% HIGHER; announced that the Company has received a Nasdaq Staff Deficiency Letter dated September 15, 2009, notifying the Company of its trading activity over the preceding 30 consecutive business days, which was below the minimum closing bid price of $1.00 under Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5550 (a)(2).

Versar, Inc. (Amex: VSR) 11.4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.35, compared to $0.36 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $112.19K, versus $115.6K million in Q408.

Diedrich Coffee, Inc. (Nasdaq: DDRX) 9.5% LOWER; reports Q4 adj-EPS of $0.29, compared to an adj-loss of $0.37 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $20.1 million, versus $12.9 million in Q408. Sees FY10 sales of $90-$95 million, up 44-52% over FY09. GAAP EPS for the year are expected to be $0.90-$1.00.

AIG (NYSE: AIG) 9.2% HIGHER; shares are continuing higher today following yesterday's 21% rally on hopes for easing of the government bailout terms.

Converted Organics Inc. (NASDAQ: COIN) 9% HIGHER; announced today that the Company has received re-orders for its organic granular and liquid fertilizer products from a wide spectrum of existing customers, including golf courses and country clubs, lawn care professionals, and agricultural growers. The Buckle, Inc. (NYSE: BKE) 8.3% HIGHER; said its Board authorized a $1.80 per share special one-time cash dividend to be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 15, 2009. The Board also authorized a $0.20 per share regular quarterly dividend to be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 15, 2009. Both the special one-time cash dividend and the regular quarterly dividend are payable on October 27, 2009 and will be paid together.
