Gymboree (Nasdaq: GYMB) 36% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $1.00, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.98. Revenues for the quarter were $288.7 million, versus the consensus of $287.99 million. Gymboree sees Q1 EPS 18c to 25c versus 76 cents consensus. Sees Q1 comps down 20% to 25%.
Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. (NYSE: JTX) 24% LOWER; reports Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $0.74, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.72. Revenues for the quarter were $97.8 million, versus the consensus of $104.73 million. Sees FY09 EPS of $1.00-$1.10, versus the consensus of $1.48, and revs of $250-$255 million, versus the Street estimate of $295 million.
Coldwater Creek Inc. (Nasdaq: CWTR) 21% HIGHER; reports Q4 loss of $0.20, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.23). Revenues for the quarter were $283.2 million, versus the consensus of $283.05 million. Same store sales fell 21.4% during the quarter.
Darling International (NYSE: DAR) 20% LOWER; reports Q4 adj-loss of $0.04, versus the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenues for the quarter were $148.5 million, versus the consensus of $153.96 million.
Orion Marine Group (Nasdaq: OMGI) 19% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.25, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenues for the quarter were $79.24 million, versus the consensus of $73.24 million.

Family Dollar Stores, Inc. (NYSE: FDO) 11% HIGHER; reports Q2 sales of $1.992 billion, up 8.7% from Q208. Same store sales for the quarter rose 6.4%. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.59-$0.61, versus the Street estimate of $0.51.
Hot Topic, Inc. (Nasdaq: HOTT) 10% HIGHER; reports sales for the month of February came in at $57.3 million, with same store sales up 10.8%.
Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) 10% HIGHER; Moody's Reviews Wells Fargo (WFC) Ratings For Possible Downgrade
HealthFitness (NYSE: FIT) 9.7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.12, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenues for the quarter were $21.7 million, versus the consensus of $19.37 million.
Portland General Electric Company (NYSE: POR) 9.3% LOWER; plans to offer approximately 10.85 million shares of its common stock in a registered public offering. PGE also expects to grant the managing underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.6275 million shares to cover any over-allotments.
Sigma Designs (Nasdaq: SIGM) 7.3% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.38, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenues for the quarter were $47.3 million, versus the consensus of $43.48 million.
Urban Outfitters, Inc. (Nasdaq: URBN) 7% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.24, 4 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenues for the quarter were $508 million, versus the consensus of $518.53 million.
Alcoa, Inc. (NYSE: AA) 7% LOWER; BofA cuts price target to $3
Martek Biosciences Corporation (Nasdaq: MATK) 6.8% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.29, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenues for the quarter were $84 million, versus the consensus of $87.54 million. Sees Q2 sales of $87-$92 million, versus the consensus of $94.21 million, with EPS of $0.27-$0.31, versus the Street estimate of $0.32.
Adobe (Nasdaq: ADBE) 6.4% HIGHER; narrows its Q1 adj-EPS guidance from $0.43-$0.47 to $0.44-$0.45, versus the consensus of $0.42. Sales for the quarter are lowered from $800-$850 million to $783-$786 million, versus the Street estimate of $805.74 million. The Company cited weakness in its creative and knowledge worker businesses as the primary reason for the revenue shortfall. Seasonal strength in Japan, as well as continued success with its LiveCycle enterprise business, helped to offset some of the weakness in the quarter.
S1 Corporation (Nasdaq: SONE) 6% HIGHER; reports Q4 GAAP EPS of $0.10, versus the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenues for the quarter were $58.6 million, versus the consensus of $57.77 million.
Giant Interactive (NYSE: GA) 5% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.18, ex-items, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenues for the quarter were $51.7 million, versus the consensus of $48.31 million. Sees Q1 sales of RMB370-RMB388 million.
SXC Health Solutions, Corp. (Nasdaq: SXCI) 5% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.28, better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenues for the quarter were $292.8 million, versus the consensus of $280.7 million. SXC Health sees 09 EPS of $0.99-$1.08, above the consensus of $0.76. Sees 09 revs of $1.2-$1.3 billion, versus the consensus of $1.21 billion.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) 4% LOWER; Moody's Changes JPMorgan (JPM) Rating Outlook to Negative
Wal-Mart (NYSE: WMT) 4% HIGHER; reports total sales for the month of February came in at $30.01 billion, a 2.8% rise from $29.19 billion in the same period last year. Same store sales, ex-fuel, for the month came in at up 5.1%. Wal-Mart has announced a 15% boost to its dividend payment.
