In a 13G filing after the close on MF Global (NYSE: MF), JANA Partners disclosed a 8.2% stake (9,885,753 shares) in the Company. At the quarter ended December 31, 2007, JANA did not show a stake in MF Global.
MF Global, Ltd. operates as a broker of exchange-listed futures and options worldwide.
