In a 13G filing on Chordiant Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHRD), Ken Griffin's Citadel Investment Group disclosed a 6.9% stake (2,076,401 shares) in the company. The firm held 1,250,591 shares at the quarter ended 12/31/07.
