In a 13G filing on Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS), Fidelity Investments disclosed a 14.906% stake (108,440,131 shares) in the company. At the quarter ended September 30, Fidelity showed a 1.88 million common share stake in Las Vegas Sands. The filing also noted that Fidelity held 4,876,000 shares of Las Vegas Sands preferred stock, which upon being exercised, will result in 81,266,830 shares of common stock.
