In 13G filing on Mills Corp. (NYSE: MLS) after the close Friday, Cohen & Steers (NYSE: CNS) disclosed a 4.1% stake (2.3 million shares) in the company. This is down from the 6.2 million share stake the firm disclosed in a quarterly filing with regulators. Previously, Cohen & Steers was the largest holder of Mills Corp.
Cohen & Steers also disclosed a 4.6% stake (1.48 million shares) in Glenborough Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE: GLB), which is down from the 3.4 million share stake the firm disclosed in a quarterly filing with regulators. Previously, Cohen & Steers was the largest holder of Glenborough.
