In a 13G filing on Tenneco Inc. (NYSE: TEN), Steven Cohen's SAC Capital disclosed a 4.6% stake (2,147,118 shares) in the auto parts maker. The firm held 99,373 shares at the quarter ended 12/31/07.
Tenneco, Inc. and its subsidiaries engage in the design, manufacture, and distribution of automotive emission control, and ride control products and systems for the original equipment vehicle manufacturer, and repair and replacement markets worldwide.
