Cohen's SAC Capital Discloses 3% Stake in James River Coal (JRCC)

In a 13G filing on James River Coal (Nasdaq: JRCC), Steven Cohen's SAC Capital disclosed a 3% stake (775,941 shares) in the company. At the quarter ended June 30, 2008, SAC showed a 7,800 share stake in James River Coal. A 13G indicates a 'passive investment'.
