In a 13G filing after the close on Stewart Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: STEI), Steven Cohen's SAC Capital disclosed a 5.9% stake (5,450,013 shares) in the company. This is up from the 2,400,000 share stake held at the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
Stewart Enterprises, Inc. is a provider of funeral and cemetery products and services in the death care industry in the United States.
