Bruce Berkowitz's Fairholme Capital has cut their stake in Sprit Aerosystems (NYSE: SPR).
As of their last 13F filing, Fairholme reported owning 19,462,920 shares of the common, and an amended 13G today has the fund holding 12,844,700 shares, or 12% of all outstanding.
SPR shares are flat in after-hours trading.
