ATC Technology Corporation (ATC) (Nasdaq: ATAC), announced that Don Johnson, Chairman and CEO, will retire at the Company's next annual meeting to be held in June 2009. Don will remain as Chairman of the Board of Directors until then. Todd Peters, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, will succeed Don in the role of CEO effective as of January 1, 2009.
ATC Technology Corp., formerly Aftermarket Technology Corp., along with its subsidiaries, provides outsourced engineering solutions and supply chain logistics services to the consumer electronics industries and light and medium/heavy-duty vehicle aftermarket. [SM]
