Skechers USA Inc. (NYSE: SKX) is notably higher Tuesday afternoon following strong parabolic move on volume.

Notably, an amended 13D was filed a 2pm EDT. Click here to go to the document. The filing shows Gil Schwartzberg taking a bigger stake in the footwear maker to about 4,641,162, or 10.7 percent of outstanding common. The stake is 2 million shares above his last filing in November 2011.

Sketchers move was earlier than 2pm. Shares are 8.6 percent higher on the session.
