Johnson Controls (JCI) in Talks to Acquire Tyco (TYC) - WSJ

Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI) is in advanced talks to acquire Tyco International (NYSE: TYC) for as much as $20 billion, WSJ reported citing people familiar with the matter.

A deal could be announced as soon as Monday.
