Crest Financial Shows New 5.88% Stake in Clearwire Corp. (CLWR)

In a 13D filing on Clearwire Corp. (Nasdaq: CLWR), hedge fund Crest Financial disclosed a 5.88%, or 28,971,311 share, stake in the company. The firm did not hold shares at the end of the latest quarter ending March 31, 2012.
Part of the SEC filing also stated: "[Crest Financial] acquired the Purchased Shares in the belief that the Shares were undervalued at current levels. [Crest Financial] will seek to have conversations from time to time to discuss the Issuer’s business and strategies. They will also seek to discuss the possibility of adding persons to be suggested by the Reporting Persons to the Issuer’s Board of Directors, but no agreements or understanding exist with respect thereto."
