In a 13D filed after the close on Barrier Therapeutics (Nasdaq: BTRX), Steven Cohen's SAC Capital lowered its stake to 1.21% (425,000 shares) in the company. On July 2, Cohen disclosed an 8% stake in Barrier. The announcement of the stake caused shares of Barrier to rise from under $4.03 to $4.12 today, about a 2% move from the date of the prior 13D filing.
