In an amended 13D filing with the U.S. SEC on Navistar International (NYSE: NAV), activist investor Carl Icahn disclosed a 13.19%, or 9,038,814 share, stake in the company.
This is up 24.65% from the 7,251,426 shares held at the end of the latest quarter ending March 31, 2012.
