In ON 13D filing on AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMAG), hedge fund Adage Capital disclosed a 17.58%, or 3,723,909 share, stake in the company. This is the same number of shares held at the latest quarter ending June 30, 2011, however the filing status was changed from 13G to 13D.
